XPL@IN Studioware Manual
Copy the studioware panels to youre studioware panel directory. If
you don't have this, just copy them to you're Cakewalk directory. Refer to your Cakewalk
manual how to open them.
The panels are created with a Creative AWE64 Gold, Creative
SBLive! and a Yamaha SW60XG.
Please mail me if you like the panels (tell me which one) or if
you have any questions.
- AWElogue 7.0 for completely controlling
Creative's AWE32/AWE64/AWE64Gold sound card.
- The PhatBoys 4.0 are a bundlle of panels
for controlling Creative's AWE, Creative's Live, Yamaha's XG and a MIDI version which
allows you to assign free midi controllers.
- LiveControl 2.0 is here finnaly for
controlling your Live! card from Creative. It includes LiveControl, LiveFX
and LiveCC. The main difference with the AWE versions is that it has
controllers for the two extra midi effects, effect 3 and 4 both with a slider for mapping
it to a midi controller.
- Xpl@iN Studioware 6.0 is a bunddle wich
includes the following panesl: Audio FX can be used in Cakewalk's version
6x. With this panel you can use four effect sends/returns instead of the two that Cakewalk
gives you. !!!Remember to assign track 25 to "audio" and leave all other
properties blank. Here will be the levels of the effect sends stored while the effect
returns will be stored on the selected track! Midi Control for quickly
recording one of the 127 midi controllers. Midi FX is a seperate panel
for midi effects concerning Creative's AWE serie. Midi Mixer for
automating you mix in a small and handy panel. Track Mixer does the same
as the mixer mentioned before though it uses track values instead of midi data. Snapshots
aren't needed here but automation therefore can't be done. Note: Some of panels in
this bunddle are a bit dated since Cakewalk has improved itself during newer versions. But
offcourse not everyone can make use of this and therefore still a hanfy set of panels.
Please check the Xpl@iN
Site for future versions of the Xpl@iN Studioware Panels or any other information.
